4. Skill-Based Prize Competitions
CARD VAULT COLLECTIBLES LTD, trading as WinTheCard, operates promotional prize competitions that include a mandatory skill, knowledge or judgement-based qualification requirement.
WinTheCard does not operate ordinary prize draws in which eligibility is obtained solely through payment. To be accepted as a valid entry into a competition, each entrant must independently complete the entry process, correctly answer the applicable qualification question or challenge, and satisfy all eligibility requirements set out in the Official Rules for that competition.
Each competition includes a mandatory question or challenge relating to One Piece, the One Piece Trading Card Game, collecting, or another subject identified in the applicable Official Rules.
The qualification requirement is intended to test the entrant’s knowledge, skill or judgement. The precise question, permitted answer format, applicable time limits and qualification criteria may vary between competitions and will be displayed during the entry process or described in the applicable Official Rules.
The same qualification criteria shall apply consistently to all entrants participating through the same entry route, subject to any lawful accessibility arrangements expressly permitted by the Official Rules.
An entry will only be treated as valid and eligible for winner selection where:
* the qualification question or challenge has been answered correctly;

* false, misleading, incomplete or unverifiable information was provided;
* the entrant is ineligible or located in a prohibited jurisdiction;
* the entry was generated, submitted or assisted by a bot, automated system, script or other prohibited technology;
* the entrant attempted to manipulate, circumvent or interfere with the qualification process, entry limits or winner-selection process;
* multiple accounts, identities or payment methods were used to evade the Official Rules;
* the entry resulted from fraud, abuse, collusion or other improper conduct; or
* the entrant otherwise failed to comply with the Official Rules or applicable law.
WinTheCard may request reasonable evidence of identity, age, residence, eligibility, payment authorisation or compliance before validating an entry or awarding a prize. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within the specified timeframe may result in disqualification.
Only entries that have been validated as complete, correct and eligible will be included in the final winner-selection process.
Unless otherwise stated in the applicable Official Rules, the winner will be selected at random from the pool of valid and eligible entries after the qualification stage has been completed.
The random selection of a winner does not remove or replace the mandatory qualification requirement. No entrant may be included in the final selection pool unless the entrant has first satisfied the applicable skill, knowledge or judgement-based entry conditions.
No purchase, payment, entry, correct answer or other form of participation guarantees that an entrant will win a prize.
The odds of winning depend on the number of valid and eligible entries included in the final selection pool, subject to any maximum entry limit stated in the applicable Official Rules.
Each competition is governed by its own Official Rules. Those rules form part of the binding agreement between the entrant and CARD VAULT COLLECTIBLES LTD and may specify, among other matters:
