WinTheCard is a high-end TCG platform built by collectors with hands-on experience in grading, sourcing, buying, selling and consigning premium cards. We apply that expertise to transparent, skill-based competitions featuring verified graded cards, fixed entry limits and independently supervised live draws.

WinTheCard was founded by Nathanyel and Gabriel, two experienced collectors driven by a shared passion for high-end trading cards and the One Piece TCG community. Together, they lead Studio Namma, an internationally awarded digital product agency.

WinTheCard is operated by CARD VAULT COLLECTIBLES LTD and supported by a dedicated team committed to transparency, reliability and customer experience.

WinTheCard was created to offer collectors another transparent way to access exceptional graded cards. It does not replace booster openings or traditional collecting, it provides an additional path built around a known prize, a fixed entry limit and a clearly explained winner-selection process.

Yes. All WinTheCard competitions are operated by CARD VAULT COLLECTIBLES LTD, a company registered in England and Wales. Our competition structure, Terms of Use and Competition Rules have been developed with legal guidance and are available to review in full before entering.

WinTheCard operates skill-based prize competitions rather than chance-only draws. Every participant must complete the required One Piece knowledge challenge as an essential part of the competition structure.

Yes. You may select a single entry or one of the available entry packs, subject to the limits displayed on the competition page. The number of entries included and the total price are shown before checkout.

Yes. Every entry included in the draw has the same individual chance of being selected. Holding more entries increases your overall chances, but no number of entries guarantees a win.

Any individual entry limit is clearly displayed on the competition page before checkout. If no individual limit is stated, participants may purchase additional entries while they remain available.

Yes. Entries remain available until the competition reaches its maximum entry limit or the published closing date, whichever happens first.

Yes. You may return and purchase additional entries while the competition remains open and entries are still available.

Each competition has a published maximum entry limit displayed before it opens. Once the competition is live, that maximum cannot be increased.

If all available entries are sold before the published closing date, the competition closes early. The live draw will take place within 72 hours of the final available entry being sold.

If at least 650 entries have been sold by the published closing date, the draw will proceed using only the entries actually registered.

In certain circumstances, WinTheCard may extend the competition for a limited period. Any extension will be announced clearly before the original closing date and reflected on the competition page.

If the minimum threshold has not been reached, WinTheCard may extend the competition once for up to 14 calendar days. Any extension will be clearly announced on the competition page.

Because entries are registered for a time-limited competition, cancellation rights may be restricted once an order has been completed. The applicable cancellation and refund conditions are clearly explained in the Competition Rules before checkout.

Every WinTheCard competition includes a skill-based challenge in the form of a One Piece knowledge question. This requirement forms an essential part of the competition’s skill-based structure and legal framework.

It also helps confirm genuine participation and reduce automated or incomplete submissions.

You must answer the One Piece Skill Challenge correctly within the displayed time limit for your Tickets to be included in the draw.

The skill-based challenge is completed after checkout. Once your payment has been confirmed, you will be directed to the One Piece knowledge question.

No. The One Piece knowledge challenge is designed to test genuine knowledge without requiring specialist or competitive-level expertise. The difficulty and format may vary between competitions.

No. Completing the skill-based challenge completes the entry process. The winning ticket is selected later during the independently supervised live draw, and every entry included in the draw has the same individual chance of being selected.

If you experience a technical issue while completing the skill-based challenge or do not receive confirmation, contact hello@winthecard.com with your order details. Our team will review the issue and confirm the status of your entries.

After checkout, you must complete the required One Piece knowledge challenge. Once the entry process is complete, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order details, ticket information and unique entry IDs.

Your confirmation email is normally sent within minutes of completing the entry process. It includes your ticket details, unique entry IDs and a record of your order.

Each confirmed entry receives a unique entry ID and is recorded for the competition. Your confirmation email provides a clear record of every entry registered in your name.

Before the draw, the final entry list is locked on RandomDraws and can no longer be modified by WinTheCard.

No. Each confirmed entry is assigned a unique ID. Once the final entry list has been locked on RandomDraws, WinTheCard cannot add, remove or modify any entries.

Incomplete orders and failed payments are not registered for the draw. Only confirmed entries that have completed the required entry process are included in the final list.

RandomDraws then selects the winning ticket live under independent supervision, with the draw broadcast publicly on YouTube and Twitch. WinTheCard cannot manually select the winner or influence the outcome.

Yes. The draw is broadcast live on YouTube and Twitch, allowing the public to watch the winning ticket being selected in real time. The date, time and viewing links are announced before the draw.

Yes. The full draw is recorded and published on our dedicated results page, where it remains available for later review. This archive will be launched following the completion of our first competition.

The scheduled draw date is displayed on the competition page before entry. If the competition sells out early, the draw takes place within the timeframe stated in the Competition Rules.

If the competition closes without selling out but reaches the minimum threshold of 650 valid entries, the draw proceeds using only the entries actually registered.

Unless clearly stated otherwise on the competition page, each competition has one winner who receives the exact featured prize.

The winner is contacted using the details associated with their order and must respond within the period stated in the Competition Rules. If the prize remains unclaimed after that deadline, an alternative winner may be selected in accordance with those rules.

The winner is contacted directly using the email address and contact information provided during entry. The winning ticket is also announced on our website and official social media channels after verification.

The winner receives the exact graded card displayed on the competition page. Its card reference, language, edition, grade, certification number and detailed images are published before entry.

The exact card shown on the competition page is the prize the winner will receive. Before the competition opens, it is physically secured by WinTheCard, professionally graded and verified through its official certification number.

Detailed images and certification information are published so collectors can verify the prize independently. The card remains securely stored while in our custody until it is delivered to the winner.

You can review detailed images, grading information, the certification number, card reference, language, edition and estimated value on the competition page before entering.

The estimated value is based on the most recent completed eBay sale for a comparable example of the same card and grade. It is provided as a market estimate, not a guaranteed resale value, and may change over time.

Yes. The prize is sent using premium protective packaging and fully tracked, insured delivery. Once dispatched, the winner receives tracking information to follow the shipment.

WinTheCard delivers prizes worldwide, except to countries and jurisdictions restricted under our Terms of Use. Winners must provide a valid delivery address where the prize can be lawfully imported and received.

International delivery is fully tracked and insured, and eligible official customs duties, import VAT and handling fees are reimbursed upon receipt of the required documentation.

If customs duties or import charges apply, WinTheCard will reimburse eligible costs upon receipt of the required official documentation, in accordance with the Competition Rules.

The prize is prepared for dispatch once the winner’s identity and delivery information have been verified. Delivery times vary by destination, but dispatch will take place within 21 calendar days

Every prize shipment is fully tracked and insured. If a delivery issue occurs, WinTheCard works directly with the carrier and keeps the winner informed until the matter is resolved.

Available payment methods are displayed securely at checkout and may vary by country. Supported options may include major debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal or other approved providers.

Yes. Payments are processed by established encrypted payment providers. WinTheCard does not directly store your complete card details.

Yes. After completing the required entry process, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order summary, ticket details and unique entry IDs.

A failed payment does not create or register any entries. You may try again using an available payment method or contact our team if the issue continues.

Following the completion of our first competition, every completed draw, winning ticket and confirmed result will be published in our dedicated results archive.

Yes. Every completed live draw will be recorded and retained in our public results archive for later review.

Yes. We respect every winner’s privacy and will only publish the information required by the Competition Rules and applicable regulations.

Any photograph, testimonial, video or public appearance will only be shared with the winner’s prior consent.
